Divorce Cases
- Bank statements for both parties
- Income documentations from the last three years, such as tax returns, W2s, and 1099s
- Any applicable evidence you may have to support your allegation. This includes tapes, recordings, or pictures.
- Information on your home to show value, such as a recent mortgage receipt, tax assessment, or appraisal
- IRA, 401-K and any other retirement or pension plans documents
Other Cases (Custody, Modification, Visitation, Legitimation, Contempt)
- Bank statements for both parties
- Income documentations from the last three to five years, such as tax returns, W2s, and 1099s
- Any applicable evidence you may have to support your allegation. This includes tapes, recordings, or pictures.
- A completed and printed Domestic Financial Affidavit
- All pleadings filed in the current or a related case. If you’re seeking modifications, please bring applicable order.
- For a contempt case, please supply evidence that proves the order is being properly followed
